ADULT BEVERAGE GARDEN

(
ENTRY + DRINKS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR REGISTRATION FEE!)

This year's Adult Beverage Garden is made possible - and local - with extra support from our friends at Cascaida Ciderworks United.

The Pacific Northwest grows more apples than anywhere else in the country, so Cascadia Ciderworks makes hard cider here. They use only Cascadia-grown whole apples, never juice from concentrate. The next time you're in Portland Oregon, stop by for a pint. "We'd love to share one with the riders of Mt. Bike Oregon!"

J. Wright, Vintner: Alluring wine for the spirited adventurer.
Winemaker Joe Wright has 25 year experience combining his love of wine with his love of outdoor adventures. When he's not busy examining the grapes or enjoying food and wine with his fellow Willamette Valley winemakers, Joe can be found on his mt. bike the trail behind his home in Corvallis.
Look for Joe out riding riding on the trail, and ask him for a little wine. You can find J. Wright, Vintner at Roth's stores throughout the Willamette Valley, at Every Day Wine in Portland or on his website.

Ninkasi, named for the Sumerian Goddess of fermentation, has been brewing high quality beers, in the Northwest style, since 2006. The Eugene location gives regional access to some of the highest quality brewing ingredients in the world, including pure cascade mountain water from the McKenzie River, Eugene’s sole municipal water source, and hops from the Pacific Northwest. Our focus is on flavorful, balanced beers, and we enjoy what we do.

Native Oregonian brothers Jeff and Chris Althouse established Eugene’s Oakshire Brewing in October of 2006. With the singular goal of brewing the highest quality artisan beer, Oakshire has become recognized for consistently brewing fresh, unique and delicious beers in relatively small batches.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Springfield, this brew-lover’s playground serves up house brewed ales, wine, and classic cocktails while offering upscale pub fare.  We have 20 taps offering our Plank Town beers, rotating guest taps, cider, session mead, and two cask beer engines pulling house & guest cask-conditioned ales.

Founded in 2003, Left Coast Cellars carefully crafts exclusively estate-grown Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Syrah. Our sustainable, solar-powered estate - situated on the 45th parallel just 15 minutes northwest of Salem, in the heart of the Oregon’s Willamette Valley - consists of 306 acres, 100 of which are devoted to the cultivation of grapes. The remainder of the property is preserved as one of the last stands of old growth white oak trees in the area and contains hiking paths, fruit orchards and flower gardens, along with lakes and streams. Working to fulfill our commitments to the strengths and benefits of biodiversity, we strive to be the best possible stewards of the land. We have also been told we are some of the friendliest people in wine country!
Anne Amie’s estate vineyards are located in the rolling hills of the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and on the steep hillsides of the Chehalem Mountains AVA, both nestled in Oregon’s verdant Willamette Valley. The LIVE and OSCW certified winery is located on the Yamhill-Carlton property, a few miles from both Lafayette and downtown Carlton, Oregon.
