MBO Festival Schedule
June 23-26th, 2022
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Registration/Check-In – Set your camp up to be ready to roll Friday morning.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Deschutes Brewery welcome party in the beverage garden! Taps open, you are welcome to bring your own food tonight.
6:30 PM: Announcements and rider meeting in the beverage garden.
Support local Oakridge night! We encourage you to have dinner at local restaurants and support the Oakridge/Westfir community! (Tables will be set up in the beverage garden, grab take out locally and bring it to MBO)
Friday & Saturday
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Registration booth open.
6:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast served – bring your event Hydro Flask cup for Nossa Familia coffee.
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Sack lunch pick up in the shuttle area.
7:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Shuttle buses leave from the Shuttle Loading Zone.
4:00 PM: Adult Beverage Garden & Food Carts open for business (no host dinner).
Bring cash to tip your beer servers (tips going to Oakridge trail organizations). Cash & credit cards accepted for food carts. Saturday is Aloha Time in the Beer Garden – come dressed in your luau finest!
4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Showers available via the shower shuttle bus.
4:00 PM – Friday only: White water river raft trip with Westfir Lodge – register at MBO
6:30 PM: Evening Activities in the Adult Beverage Garden.
Minibike crit, huge raffle, Dropper Limbo with Diamondback (New!!) music, and other entertainment.
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Beverage Garden Adult time. Kids are allowed but content may be PG-13+.
10:00 PM: Beverage service & food carts close.
The schedule is the same as for Friday and Saturday, except for:
No afternoon shuttles on Sunday.
No beer garden or Food Cart Festival on Sunday.
Mountain Bike Oregon ends Sunday afternoon including camping.
